This website collects only the information visitors choose to submit through contact, donation, volunteer, CSR and newsletter forms.
Information collected
Depending on the form, the website may collect name, email, phone, organisation, donation amount, preferred programme, donor PAN and postal address when voluntarily provided for receipt processing, transaction reference, area of interest, availability and message content. The website does not collect payment card details, OTPs, UPI PINs or online-banking passwords.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to enquiries, coordinate volunteering, follow up on donation requests, discuss partnerships and manage newsletter requests.
Storage
Form submissions are stored as server-side JSON Lines files in the protected storage directory. Site administrators should secure hosting access, use HTTPS, maintain backups and define an appropriate retention policy.
Sharing
Information should not be sold. It may be shared with authorised staff or service providers only when necessary to respond to the request or meet legal obligations.

Cookies
The core package uses a session cookie for CSRF protection and administrator login. It does not include advertising trackers by default.
